Small Business Development Center The Inland Empire Small Business Development Center (SBDC), a division of the Inland Empire Economic Partnership (IEEP), provides the small businesses and entrepreneurs in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties with business assistance services from various locations in the Inland Empire. San Bernardino County Department of Economic & Community Development The Economic Development Division provides a variety of programs and services designed to attract new industry to the County while retaining existing businesses, with the ultimate objective of maximizing employment opportunities and increasing capital investment in the area. The Division offers a variety of incentives financing programs, demographic and statistical information, provides technical assistance and referral services, and financing programs to businesses. Small Business AdministrationThe U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) was established in 1953 as an independent agency of the Federal Government in order to help people get in business, stay in business and grow. Small businesses generate more than half of the nation's Gross Domestic Products, and employ more than 58% of the private workforce. In addition to providing government guaranteed loans through lending institutions, the SBA provides disaster assistance to victims of disasters who have suffered damage to residential, personal and business property. Chamber of CommerceThe Twentynine Palms Chamber of Commerce has a variety of membership services available to new businesses and can meet you to discuss your needs and advise you as to loans, business plans, realtors, and community interests.
